All patients are expected to confirm their appointment prior to their visit.
If you contacted us through a $99 marketing offer and you miss your initial appointment/ consultation appointment or cancel your initial appointment with less than 24 hour notice the offer is no longer valid.
On the initial visit, if you do not confirm your appointment the day prior, your appointment time will be released to another patient.
If you do not cancel your appointment 2 hours prior to your scheduled time this will be considered a no show. After two consecutive no shows you will no longer be able to reschedule an appointment.
Patients with recurring (2 or more) no shows will be released from the program and will have to speak with the office manager if they would like to rejoin.
